TLS/SSL certificates for ElephantSQL will be renewed starting at 2023-09-01 08:00 UTC.

PostgreSQL versions 10 and onwards will not have any disruption to the service, new connections will get the new certificate. Earlier PostgreSQL versions will be restarted in the coming days to pick up the new certificate.
